Mediation and technical advisory teams

Mediation and reparation are part of an alternative justice model in which conflict resolution is the most important. The intervention with the young offender seeks their accountability, not through punishment or punishment, but through the will and reparative commitment to the victim. In addition, with the technical advisory the following functions are fulfilled: (1) Information to the young person and to his family and frame of the intervention; (2) Exploration and observation: The exploration techniques that are used for the collection of information can be direct such as interview, diagnostic tests and observation, or indirectly, such as coordination with other social agents who have knowledge of the child and His family; (3) Preparation of the Advisory Report, (4) Return and orientation; (5) Attendance at hearings and courts.
