ensure that to persons subject to restrictive measures of personal freedom are given services concerning the right for health, improving the quality of life, education and vocational training and any other service aimed at the rehabilitation, social reintegration and integration in the labor market;
report to the regional bodies any risk or damage factors for persons subject to any restriction of personal freedom;
action against the structures and regional authorities in the event of a proven non-compliance or omissions
presenting information and proposals, also at the request of the same regional bodies, about the administrative actions and regulatory aimed to ensure full respect for the rights of persons subjected to any restriction of personal freedom;
Propose, to the competent regional structures, action to provide information and cultural promotion on the issues of the rights and safeguard of persons subjected to any restriction of personal freedom;
promotes the establishment of local guarantors of persons subject to restrictive measures of personal freedom and the promotion of forms of collaboration and exchange of information with local sponsors.

L’istituto penale minorile: da carcere a comunità (The Juvenile prison: from prison to community)

Main actions: Seminar which want to rethink the juvenile prison in Florence (closed for be refurbished) from a close place to a opened place. A place where community can meet and where minors under criminal proceedings, at risk of deviance or marginalization can be support by the Juvenile Justice Services, Municipality and the territorial network of organizations and professionals
