FIRST MEETING
Iasi (Romania)
March 8-9, 2017
On March 8-9, 2017 the partnership was hosted in Iasi (Romania) for the first meeting of PROVA project, where Psiterra Association organized a wonderful 2-days gathering.
During the first day, the Coordinator University of Florence explained some operational and administrative aspects. Then the partnership shared the results of the first project action concerning the mapping of the organizations and professionals which work to face violent conflicts for minors under criminal proceedings in each partner country.
On the second day, the partnership continued to talk about the research and the project implementation, focusing on few keywords which feature P.R.O.V.A. project.
In the afternoon the Romanian partners organized a special encounter with some local and institutional stakeholders. This was the occasion to set up the professional network involved in the next project actions in Romania. During the meeting there was an interesting Question&Answer Session where stakeholders and partners had the opportunity to ask each other specific aspects of their job, details about the juvenile justice system in the different countries, objectives of the project actions.
The international meeting was also full of pleasant moments of fun and conviviality and the partners can't wait to meet again in Barcellona on May!
SECOND MEETING
Barcelona (Spain/Catalonia)
May 30-31, 2017
On May 30-31, 2017, the Faculty of Psychology in Barcelona welcomed the PROVA project partnership and its second international meeting.
After the greetings, there has been a Skype call with Administrative Offices of UNIFI, and each partner had clarification about financial aspects, bureaucratic rules, and deadlines. Following, each partner updated the others on the outcomes and the results gained in the project activities: atlas, mapping, focus groups and interview. The Fondazione Michelucci illustrated the communication and dissemination strategy, particularly on the website. In conclusion, there were two contributions for deepening: one by Carlo Volpi (LabCom) and the other one by Giuseppe Centomani (Italy Juvenile Justice - associate partner). The day ended with a discussion based on the suggestions born thanks to these contributions.
The second day started with the documentary “A dentro” (inside)” by Ruido Association and three other significant contributions for deepening by MARTA VENCESLAO (University of Barcelona) on Minors under criminal proceedings processes, by ANDRES Di Masso (University of Barcelona) on Thematic Analysis, and by Pilar Eras (Director of Juvenile Justice at Catalonia Government). In the afternoon the Coordinator shared with the partnership the Methodological Plan for next Activities, and then LabCom illustrated the Quality Plan).
The days were busy with activities but also of shared moments with superb meals… great memories and good energy.
THIRD MEETING
Berlin (Germany)
March 22nd and 23rd, 2018
The third international meeting has been held in Berlin on March 22nd and 23rd, 2018.
aufBruch welcomed the partnership at Alte Kantine Wedding, a very suggestive location: an old factory, now a place for art and artists.
The first day started with a Coordinator updating about the evaluation made by the Commision on the midterm report. Then the partners introduced the external experts involved in the international meeting and showed the activities carried out in each Country related to WP3 and WP4. LabCom coordinated the partnership in building a commune structure to organise the data and results reached. Fondazione Giovanni Michelucci showed a presentation on Space as a sensitive inclusion indicator through a European excursus about how the architecture can influence communities and create integration or emargination.
The second day started with a discussion about next activities and the Guidelines. Then aufBruch gave an introduction about their work in Tegel Prison to prepare the partners at the evening where they had the opportunity to attend the Performance “Parsifal” by aufBruch inside Tegel Prison.
As usual during the international meetings, many other important things happened in Berlin, but these were among the main ones.

FOURTH MEETING
Florence (Italy)
October 25th and 26th, 2018
The final meeting has been held on October 25-26, 2018 in Florence, Italy, where the partnership attended also the Final Event of the Project.
The first day was hosted in Fiesole at the wonderful Villa Il Roseto, the former house of the famous modernist architect Giovanni Michelucci, where the Fondazione Giovanni Michelucci welcomed the partnership to start the crucial work of individuating the European guidelines for the prevention of violent radicalization and of violent actions in intergroup relations. On the basis of the reflection done in the past months for the local guidelines, the partnership decided to split into three groups and work on the following different themes: Reference framework and Training with professionals; Space and Youth; Stakeholders, Network and Communication.
The second day started at the University of Florence with the conclusive discussion about the final European Guidelines.
In the Afternoon at Palazzo Bastogi, venue of the Tuscany Region, there was the Public Event of the project where, after the institutional greetings, the External Expert Alba Zambrano offered a speech titled “Trayectorias de desadaptación social: aportes a la prevención”. Then, the Project Coordinator, Prof. Patrizia Meringolo, presented the Prova Project and the European guidelines in front of an audience of professionals, stakeholders and students. Soon after, one representative for each partner intervened describing its role in the project and the activities carried out in its country. The Event ended with a Roundtable where local stakeholders were involved in a discussion conducted with participatory methods (Science-Café) on the European guidelines.
The final meeting ended with a communal dinner for the project partners, external experts and associate partners with the objective to have new and future occasions of collaboration.
