Main actions: Develop the tools and instruments for prison administration and line-level staff to recognize signs of radicalisation at an early stage within their specific facility; Provide common, consistent and effective instruments to help staff report their observations to the appropriate intelligence staff; Provide model procedures for intelligence staff to vet the data they receive from prison staff and to appropriately interpret it; Establish a series of training programs and tools for all staff within a prison to respond appropriately to potential vulnerable individuals at risk of radicalisation.

• PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "PREVENTION OF RADICALISATION IN THE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEMS - THE ACTUAL STATUS AND SHARING OF GOOD PRACTICES

Target groups: Representatives of the National Administration of Penitentiaries
Place/Facilities: 5-7 October, 2017 - Lilestrom, Norway
Main actions: The aim of the conference was to initiate a constructive dialog with the Norwegian Department of Correctional Service and the representatives from the penitentiaries form Russia, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria and Czech Republic about the current state of the radicalisation processes in the correctional systems. Also, the exchange of the relevant experiences and the sharing of the good practices among participants were accomplished.
