Mission
Assuring training and competence development of prison agents at an excellency levels to professionalize the prison system staff.
Interventions
- Annual conference of European Penitentiary Training Academies in Network ”The role of training the staff in radicalization aspects and in working with detainees with disabilities”
Target groups: Penitentiary representatives from 16 countries - Austria, Norway, Sweden, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Turkey, Belgium, Catalonia, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Poland and Romania.
Place/Facilities: Kalisz, Poland, 14-18 November 2016
Main actions: Development of a directing board to involve EPTAN more actively in various projects, initiatives, studies; Signing a cooperation agreement with EuroPris; Including new members in the network (Czech Republic).
